# Terms

Last updated: October 19, 2026

By using standardhaircut.com, you agree to these terms. They apply to this website. Appointments are booked on Square Appointments, which has its own terms, shown before you confirm.

## The service

Kenn is Kenneth Ha’s barber chair in Elk Grove, California, also serving Sacramento. Haircuts are provided by him at 4720 Laguna Blvd #50, Elk Grove, CA 95758, inside Freshcuts Barber Studio. This website lists his services and links you to the scheduler. It does not introduce you to other barbers.

Services currently listed:

Signature Haircut: $50, 30 minutes. Signature+ Haircut: $75, 1 hour. The price and length you confirm on the booking screen are the ones you are reserving. Prices on this site can be updated; the booking screen controls the appointment you actually book.

## Booking, cancellation, and payment

Appointments are booked on Square. Book at least 2 hours before the appointment. Please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment. There is no cancellation fee. A time is not held until Square confirms it.

Payment is collected by Square or at the chair, not by this website. This site does not store card numbers.

## Messages

This website does not send text messages and does not run an SMS signup. If Square texts you about an appointment, that is under Square’s terms. Message and data rates may apply.

If you email standardhaircutcompany@gmail.com, we will use that address to reply. We do not add you to a marketing list because you emailed.

## What a haircut can and can’t promise

The result depends on your hair, the service you book, and the time on the schedule. Photos and descriptions are examples of the work, not a guarantee of an identical result. Talk through the cut at the start of the appointment, including anything that went wrong last time.

## The website

The copy, name, and design on standardhaircut.com belong to Standard Haircut. Don’t copy them for another business without permission.

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for problems caused by Square, your browser, or a missed appointment after the start time.

## Changes

These terms can be updated by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect.
